Description :: 1. Leading stamping and assembly line and report to Production Director.
2. Organize the subordinates and guide them to complete the enterprise production plan and achieve the enterprise production goals.
3. Coordinate the work of the production management team.
4. Work closely with the R&D department to develop new products, innovate technologies and technological processes, and improve product quality.
5. Ensuring that OESH, Quality, SAP regulations in the factory are met every day.
6. Formulate and implement inventory plans and production cost control plans.
7. According to the production and processing process and technical requirements, determine the qualifications and work steps of the required personnel, and assign work tasks.
8. Preside over the appointment, training and assessment of department employees.
9. Collaborate with other departments to meet existing customer needs.
Requirements :: 1. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
2. At least 8 years of working experience in Production/ Operation in manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge in quality improvement technique and QC Tools.
4. Good communication and management skill.
