Description :: •Evaluate, analyse and implement the overall Agribusiness portfolio to meet the objectives of ECER Master Plan
•Develop high impact Agribusiness plans in the area of crops, livestock, fisheries, herbal and biotechnology products.
•Monitor, evaluate and report performance of appointed Anchor Companies and to ensure the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
•Source for opportunities for joint ventures and collaborations in the areas of Agribusiness development.
•Seek and appraise potential private investment in commercial plantations adopting anchor company, contract farming and satellite farms business model
•Facilitate private investment in high value crop varieties using high technology farming and biotechnology for export market.
Requirements :: •Possess a Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Biotechnology / Agribusiness or any related disciplines from a recognized University.
•Minimum 15 years of working experience in Management function with 10 years exposure in agribusiness related activities
•Knowledge in Agriculture supply chain, research, feasibility & business evaluation studies will be an advantage
•Possess excellent leadership skills, relationship-building skills, communications and presentation skills, negotiation and marketing skills.
