Description :: - Assist GM - Project on a full spectrum of project related matters
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants & contractors
- Implement construction activities from start to finish, ensuring cost is kept within budget
- Monitor contractors’ performance, progress of works & claims
- Implement policies, activities, procedures, instruction as required by the quality system
- Liaise with local authorities.
Requirements :: - Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Civil & Structural) or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of project planning and scheduling, MSProject & Autocad
- Minimum 8 years work experience especially dealing with high rise commercial buildings.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal & presentation skills & able to work independently.
- Team player with ability to multi-task.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight datelines.
Lowest Qualification :: Higher Diploma
