- Lead the planning and implementation of project, include liaise with broker regarding agreement and tenant fees wise issues.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale project plans.
- Plan and schedule project time lines.
- Track project deliverable using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Liaise with constantly conduct meeting with contractors on project wise issues and progress.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with government authorities and clients.
- Have good in negotiation, planning, management and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge in contracts.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
