Description :: • Overall in charge of project operations.
• Lead a multi-discipline team to complete project while adhering to established budget, acceptable quality and within reasonable schedule.
• Sound knowledge of resources planning, logistic, methodology QA/QC procedure and forecast problematic issues.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phase and elements, assigning personnel, reviewing bids from contracts.
• Provide leadership in all activities related to the execution of the construction work including contract administration, quality and cost control, materials management, security, ensure all standard procedures and relevant legislation are strictly followed through.
• Develop project schedule by studying project plan and expectations.
• Effectively manage and complete multiple priorities within critical path schedule. Able to set milestone within milestone and achieved each and every small milestones.
• Results-oriented with ability to motive and engage team as well as demonstrate strength. Able to communicate well and tactful in dealing all level of people.
Requirements :: • Degree or advance diploma in building technology or equivalent in experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
