- To control, co-ordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and authorities.
- Evaluate and keep proper records on tender documents, design report and design review updates on the standard terms and conditions of design performance of M&E work.
- Periodical site meetings and site inspections in conjunction with consultants. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering holder.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Auto-CAD.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from recognize institution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Auto-CAD.
- Good working knowledge related to high rise commercial and residential projects.
- With strong communication skills and execution abilities.
