Description :: 1. Checking, measuring and taking off quantities to determine the discrepancies and divergence of bill of quantity.
2. Preparing estimation and carry out joint site measurement with relevant trade sub-contractors.
3. Able to work independently in preparation of progress claims, variation claims, final account and to recommend sub-contractor’s progress payments.
4. Conversant with the construction drawings and contract documents.
5. To liaise with sub-contractor for labor and materials quotation and make recommendation for Project Manager and/or Headquarters’ approval.
6. Prepare and provide precise quantity of major materials for instance concrete, steel bar, bricks and etc to enhance materials control at site.
7. Following up/monitoring the payment certificate and/or payment.
8. Perform other relevant duties as and when directed by Project Manager and Headquarter.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience with contractor in building construction industry
3. Competent and good in taking off/measurement in the drawings
4. Able to perform work independently
