Description :: •Responsible for the overall project development and management including design development, budgeting, implementation handing over and maintenance of projects and other related functions.
•To ensure feasibility of projects.
•To set up project team and consultant team properly.
•Responsible for the award and administration of construction contracts.
• Ensure smooth operations and delivery of quality service to customers.
•Manage all operational property development activities.
• Prepare operating progress reports on a monthly basis, or more frequently as needed.
• Lead, co-ordinate and motivate the project team to carry out their respective functions.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, local authorities to ensure the smooth project implementation.
• Check and ensure that correct construction drawings are issued timely.
• Prepare feasibility studies and to monitor the project budgets.
• Follow up with local authorities to secure timely approvals in accordance to the project schedule.
Requirements :: •We are searching for potential talents with Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
•Candidates with 5 years of working experience in handling high rise projects, under project development /consultant firm are encouraged to apply
•Calibers with skills in effective leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills are needed
•Multilingual are someone we are looking for (BM, English)
•Ability to handle multiple tasks, co-ordinate, manage and communicate efficiently and effectively.

From its humble beginnings since its formation in 1997, Amalan Setar (M) Sdn. Bhd. (ASSB) has come a long way as it has evolved over time, growing leaps and bounds and emerged as a successful multifaceted property developer, ready to take on new challenges.
