- - Implement and monitor the whole project flow (M&E services).
- Perform a key role in project planning and identification of resources needed.
- Develop the objective / goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
- Monitor site progress.
- Monitor subordinated and contractors works.
- Coordinate with other parties involved in this project (Architecture, C&S, ID and etc).
- Follow up with all local authorities.
- Prepare overall monthly projects reports.
- Conduct site meetings. - Requirements :
- - Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of M&E working experience at site (high rise building-Compulsory, Hotel will be added advantages)
-Familiar with ACMV and Electrical design will be an added advantage.
- Ability to plan and organize a team effort. - Lowest Qualification :
