- - To assist the Asst. Contracts Manager to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.
- To implement all policies, activities,procedures,instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- To prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotations.
- To prepare and submit progress claim and final accounts to clients.
- To evaluate progress claims/invoices and final accounts from sub-contractors.
- To carry out taking-off quantities / measurements and prepare bill of quantities.
- To prepare and maintain all project insurances and Performance Bonds.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificated, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required skill(s) : Able to take-off quantities, Basic Knowledge in contractual matters, able to read drawings and prepare cost estimates, Computer Literate, AutoCad.
- Self-motivated and able work independently supervision, pleasant, good interpersonal skill, responsible and mature.
- Required language(s): Chinese and English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates mostly welcome and urgent needed. - Lowest Qualification :
