Description :: - Support daily admin duties
- Administer and oversee daily construction work at site include M & E services
- Coordinate with various contractors and consultants related to construction matters
- Ensure approved construction drawings and specifications are followed correctly
- Assist in ad-hoc projects / assignments as and when required.
- Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
- Knowledge of file validation.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least SPM and above with relevant experience in property development.
- Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related
- Computer literate preferably in MS Office application
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to withstand work pressure
