Description :: - To assist in operation department.
-Coordinate with project teams in administering contractual claims
- Establish and maintain good rapport with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers to enable effective contributing role in the preparation of sub-contractors/ suppliers agreement for the benefit of the company.
- Prepare project costing
- Establish database for costs, materials and supply source;
- Monitor site valuation / measurement.
Requirements :: - Possess minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of forms of contract and computer literate.
- Required to monitor cost control procedures and quotation of works and materials.
- Must be able to handle ad-hoc tasks.
- Able to work to tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
