Description :: 1. Inspection of the site responsible
2. Planning and organizing the work plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
3. Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
4. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
5. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of workers
6. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction
7. Writing detailed reports
8. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
9. Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work
10. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Requirements :: - Possess a degree in Building Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Possess own transport
- Male candidate with experience will be given priority
