- 1. Setting out of work and maintenance of instrument in a clean, accurate condition and safekeeping.
2. Plan effective grid control points for verticality control of lift cores and building edges, check partition wall setting out and prepare report at regular intervals.
3. Establish finishes finish level reference.
4. Maintain all boundary stone and pegs in good order.
5. Maintain TBM in good order.
6. Maintain all survey records and drawings.
7. Check all drawing discrepancies and bring up to the notice of Project Manager/ Site Agent immediately.
8. Provide setting out information and details for sub-contractors and M&E works.
9. Assists supervisor in their duty.
10. Carry out any other duties as directed by the Company. - Requirements :
- 1) Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Land Surveying or relevant disciplines.
2) Minimum 5 years of working experience in general surveying works preferably in construction field.
3) Computer literate.
4) Able to establish temporary benchmarks, control points, reference marks and carry out alignment surveys.
5) Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Lowest Qualification :
