- - To monitor the progress of work site as work schedules entirely.
- To prepare and monitor daily site diary, manpower chart and site progress report.
- To liaise and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants and government authorities to ensure all the works are carried out in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
- To control wastage and delivery of material to work site.
- To observe Safety, Health and Environment issues at work site - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring and managing construction activities.
- Able to interact with local authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and all levels of staffs.
- Those fresh-graduates with hardworking attitude also encouraged to apply.
- Extra skills : autocad & microsoft project - strongly required.
