Description :: -Prepare and monitor of project budgets and cash flow.
-Prepare and control sub-contract works' packages.
-Assist in negotiation with tenderers.
-Analyse tenders and preparing tenders' reports.
-Prepare and monitor on Procurement of Materials.
-Prepare and submit progress claims to the Client on time.
-Verify sub-contractors' claims for payment, preparing sub-contractors' payment certificates (SPC's) and expediting payment.
-Regularly measure the works being executed, i.e. site measurement.
-Valuation of orders and submitting claims for variation orders.
-Source quotations for additional works.
-Preparation and settlement of all Final Accounts.
-Compiling documents for Extension of Time and Loss & Expense Claim
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Surveyor or equivalent with at least --At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Responsible for the overall surveying operations and relating surveying support to the sites
-Conduct boundary, topographic, photogrammetric, construction and related to land surveys
-Assist sites for the alignment, elevation and position of structures and piles points
