Description :: -Responsible for the effective functioning of day-to-day site activities in aspects of mechanical & electrical, civil & structural and architectural.
-Co-ordinate and control of all subcontractors and its direct workers.
-Familiarise with the project scheduling and monitoring, drawing, specifications and site instructions.
-Plan material, labour and plant requirements.
-Maintain vigilance on site activities so as to avoid misuse and damage of site materials by workers, especially workers of sub-contractors.
-Maintain safe and tidy site (good house-keeping).
-Implement materials control system (ordering, taking delivery, storage and issue of materials).
-Responsible to provide technical support and monitor all types of progress of the project.
-Co-ordinate all design works of the project.
Requirements :: - Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering
- Prefer candidate with 1 to 2 year working experience
- Fresh graduate with positive attitude will also be considered.
- Strong communication and supervision skills to lead a team of workers and coordinate site activity with sub-contractors
