Description :: -Adopt Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001).
-Up-date TM on the status of work force and material procurement, status of main claim and sub-contractor’s claim periodically or in management meeting.
-Issuance of construction drawings (including amendment) and BQ to sub-contractor for working purposes.
-Ensure issuance, maintenance and retention of document and drawing comply to documentation requirement procedure
-Ensure measurement (taking off) is done correctly according to Standard Method of Measurement to determine the quantity of every works whether for tender purpose or for claim verification.
-Attend tender interview / clarification together with Director.
-Review contents of letter of award.
-Monitor the performance of sub-contractor and keep track of their work progress base on feedback from site personnel and observation during site visits.
-Send out client satisfaction survey form (BS-F26) to client at the completion of project after CPC obtained and provide analysis from their feedback for presentation during audit and management review.
-Monitoring the quality of materials and performance of sub-contractor is of acceptable standard and non conformance is rejected.
-Record in / raise IN (BS-F08) stating nature of non-conformance, subsequent action taken, proposed corrective action if dissatisfaction on sub-contractor’s performance.
Requirements :: -Diploma or higher in Quantity Survey or its equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Monitoring all contractual matters in Pre and Post Contract.
-Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Computer literate and able to work with minimum supervision.
