Description :: 1. Formulate strategies and proposals that include land sourcing, financial and feasibility study, budget and cost planning leading to securing the project
2. Plan, implement and oversee the development process beginning with business development, performing financial and asset feasibility analysis, preparing presentation and submitting concept designs and proposals
3. Preparation of feasibility study reports, which includes financial modeling and market & economic survey
4. Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
5. Develop product and solution strategy in core markets
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate Management/ Property Management, Banking or equivalent
2. At least 8 years of working experience in the related field preferably those with banking industry background
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
4. Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
