- 1. Responsible for the overall project development and management including design development, budgeting, implementation handing over and maintenance of projects and other related functions.
2. Ensure that projects are executed timely, within budget and in accordance to the contractual requirements in respect of quality and specifications.
3. Ensure smooth operations and delivery of quality service to customers.
4. Manage all operational property development activities.
5. Prepare operating progress reports on a monthly basis, or more frequently as needed.
6. Lead, co-ordinate and motivate the project team to carry out their respective functions.
7. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, local authorities to ensure the smooth project implementation.
8. Check and ensure that correct construction drawings are issued timely.
9. Prepare feasibility studies and to monitor the project budgets.
10. Review consultant’s designs and materials for cost optimization.
11. Follow up with local authorities to secure timely approvals in accordance to the project schedule. - Requirements :
- 1. Degree Holder in Engineering, Architecture, Building, Valuation or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in property development, of which 3 years should be at a managerial level.
3. Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills and be able to deal with various government departments/owners effectively.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks, co-ordinate, manage and communicate efficiently and effectively.
5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in Chinese will be a definite advantage.
6. Familiar with the design, development and management of high-rise strata-titled properties.
7. Strong organizational skills, trustworthy, independent, self-motivated and resourceful. - Lowest Qualification :
