Description :: 1. Responsible for the coordination, implementation and supervision of interior design works
2. Ensure all the concept drawings and material sample board submission comply with retail design guidelines
3. Supervise, facilitate and coordinate the progress of the tenant's interior fit-out works
4. Handling design & construction project of all stages time frame & evaluated the costing & consultant services
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of working experience in Retail Design is required for this position
3. Good knowledge of design principles in retail
4. Additional retail and design skills e.g. lighting design, F&B design, etc would be an added advantage.
5. Good communication skills – orally and written and through sketch drawings.
6. Able to deliver sketch drawings.
7. Good time management skills even under stressful situations.
8. Experience in communicating with Retailers, Builders and Services Consultants.
9. Able to comprehend and show improvements in design documentation
