Description :: - Supervise sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good workmanship.
- Manage projects to achieve smooth project implementation.
- Ensure successful delivery of assigned project on site.
- Meet management's target on profitability and cost control of projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants, clarify requirement, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project.
- Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation and attend daily site meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :: - Min Degree in Civil & Structural.
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial role in construction industry
- Demonstrates pro-active approach to problem solving
- Able to work under tight schedule and deliver results
- Strong negotiation as well as oral and written skills in English, Malay
- Proficient in Autocad, MS Project
