Description :: -To do elevation drawings, space planning and details drawings.
-To design and conceptualize for residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
-To coordinate design issue among client, Sub-contractors and consultants.
-To produce 3D drawings.
-Responsible for drawings submission to relevant parties and manage commit to job's due date.
-Responsible for the presentation board with selected materials proposal and design concept.
-Communicate with clients/developers/owners/architects on design brief
-Have good interpersonal skill
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Able to produce working drawings
-Good design project management, presentation and leadership qualities.
-Experience in managing projects from conceptualization to completion
-Good communication and creative presentation skills
