Description :: -Planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of site construction activities.
-Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.
-Consistency in checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.
-Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.
-Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors.
-Minimize and control wastage.
-Submit Weekly Report Summary on status of work by trades, highlight quality issues, and anticipated problems.
-Attend Performance Inspection with Employers / Consultants, record and follow up on deficiencies.
-Provide regular updates to Project Manager.
Requirements :: -Minimum Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience is required for this position.
-Knowledge in MS Office(MS Office, MS Excel & Power Point)
