Description :: -Monitor design development, submission program and tender documentation to ensure delivery of project on schedule.
-To coordinate among the contractor, relevant design consultants and subcontractors.
-To develop creative design ideas, brainstorm concepts and solutions based on creative directions and overall business and marketing strategies across various mediums or communications materials.
-Presenting ideas & concepts professionally to clients and internal teams
-Must be willing to lead the design team and be the creative driver of the project team.
Requirements :: -Minimum Diploma in Interior Design studies or related field preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications, design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop & Auto-cad is a must
-A multi-task with good time management.
-Ability to generate detail drawing/construction drawings, sketches and have a good knowledge of reflected ceiling plan, M& E drawings, etc
