- •Progress Monitoring and Report
••Provide data & input for updating on line & real time at the site office of the physical construction progress monitoring chart versus the planned, & transmit electronically to HQ system.
•Checking construction drawings at site for discrepancies or errors or lacking salient information & report to HQ and notify contractor to raise the RFI to design consultant.
•Monitor the issuance of construction drawings are timely & as per the approved master implementation programme. Otherwise issue formal notice to the Developer and the design consultant.
•Compliance & QAQC Matters – Reporting to the HOD ) QAQC) at HQ
•Inspect, monitor and report on Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
matters.
•Review, audit and report on process ( such as procedures for Request Fro Inspection, Check lists, Inspection and test Plans etc) are complied with by the project team of the contractors.
•Inspect works with the Resident Engineeer and Resident Architect to ensure works are meeting the specifications in the contract, or approved method statements or approved inspection and test plans etc. - Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Civil Engineer or Project Management.
•Computer literate (especially in Microsoft Office), Familiar with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements and other standards (British Standard, BSEN, ISO, etc) - Lowest Qualification :
