- •To store all drawings received in a specified location with proper correct labels, with proper equipment, and correctly segregated to enable a quick retrieval of the drawings at all times.
•To distribute drawings received to all parties concerned with proper transmittals.
•To update the master drawings list regularly to ensure all sites and the main control location always uses the latest drawings.
•To check and identify all drawings for discrepancies and errors and highlighting all those concerned for clarification and solutions.
•To file and store all documents related to drawings received, distributed, and stored in an easily identifiable and retrievable manner.
•To ensure all drawings that are superceded to be labeled as such, and to store and document these superceded drawings in such a way that they are easily identified and retrieved.
•To update on the status of drawings for all disciplines i.e. whether preliminary, tender, or construction, and what further drawings are required for a project on a regular basis. - Requirements :
- ••Minimum 3 years as Document Controller in a Developer, Construction or Consulting company.
•Preference is given for those with working experiences in Multinational companies involved in large projects.
•Conversant in document control software, Microsoft Excel and document control process.
•Willing to work overtime
•An extremely honest and professional person - Lowest Qualification :
