- •Assist in planning, development and implementation of Human Resource policies.
•Responsible for developing recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements.
•Experience in handling expatriates work permit/familiar with immigration processes
•Conducting interviews and makes recommendations for selection and recruitment.
•Execute or perform daily administration including employment, payroll and compensation.
•Compensation and benefits, administration such as salary or benefits survey analysing salary trend and equity.
•Provide the Human Resource Information System support and other Human Resource projects.
•Administer the Industrial Relations and staff welfare.
•Organise recreational and social activities.
•Assist with placement of trainees and liaise with colleges and universities.
•Assist in developing of online recruitment Portal and other computerization initiatives - Requirements :
- •Candidate possess a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
•Required language(s): English, Malay
•1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Creative, hungry for knowledge, active in company activities, positive, approachable, good communication skills and energetic and work with passion
