Description :: - Plan, direct and coordinate all construction-related matters of the Project
- Provide construction input to the engineering process and costing process during the planning and engineering phase
- Work with the Project Management and Engineering teams to execute the project
- Work with client / owner representatives to ensure that their requirements for the Project are met
- Review contractors’ reported progress and analyze for impact and recovery actions
- Plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality
Requirements :: - Must possess Diploma /Degree / Masters Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural / Building / Construction)
- 8 – 15 years relevant experience in civil construction management experience in civil, infrastructure, residential (high rise) project sectors
- Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and be able to head a construction team in a challenging environment
