- - Manage on-site construction works, materials and equipment management.
- Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements.
- Assist in overseeing engineering deliverables and multi disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements.
- Liaise with clients and local authorities for project related matters and requirements.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical and electrical.
- Prepare civil and structural designs and contract specifications.
- Internal inspection management. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Auto-CAD.
- Be able to produce engineering specifications/Requisitions for client approval in fast track environment and conduct technical clarification meeting with vendors/clients.
- Be able to work independently
- With strong communication skills and execution abilities.
