Description :: • Provide technical support to Tekla modelers who are responsible for producing LOD 400 model and precast shop drawings.
• Maintaining in-house BIM-Tekla Handbook for compliance.
• Coordinate with IT department and external BIM software providers for BIM-Tekla troubleshooting, upgrading and new implementation.
• Acting as the intermediary between EP and external stakeholders such as main-contractor, consultant, other sub-contractors for BIM-Tekla matters.
• In future, leveraging LOD 400 model to maximize its benefits for other EP internal stakeholders such as engineers, QS, Finance, Marketing, Project Coordinator, factory, etc.
Requirements :: • At least Diploma in IT/Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interest in BIM-Tekla application in precast construction.
• At least 5 years hands-on Tekla Structures experience in precast industry. Knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in programming, networking and database is also added advantage.
• Work effectively in both physical and virtual environment.
