Description :: -Achieves marketing operational by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completion action plans;

- To liaise & coordinate with supplies on marketing materials, product launch, promotional events, road shows and other related marketing campaign
- Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition, road show
- To prepare proposal, report, market survey, competitor analysis, property exhibition, evaluation report, sales kits & others
- To assist superior on task assigned
- Identifies marketing opportunity by identifying consumer requirements; defining market,
competitor’s share and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market.
- Collecting and analyzing registrants and purchasers’ profile for post mortem and future reference
- Preparation of letters, forms, plans and other documents for presentation and signing purposes
- Plan, coordinate & execution the advertising and promotional campaigns such as event, online media, social media, event collateral and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Conceptualize, design and develop layout and production of all marketing materials.
Requirements :: - A graduate with at least a higher diploma or bachelor degree in a related field
- Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Minimum 1 Year of working experience in property development industry
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing
- A team player with creative, positive attitude, result driven, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
