Description :: • Manage QS perform respective duty accordingly
• Responsible for pre and post contract administration

• Prepare tenders summary
• Provide information for estimator at tender stage

Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Strong Planning Skills, Cost Analysis
• Preferably Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
