'- To ensure personnel is clearly understand in property development sales flows, conditions, payment terms, legal terms and rights.
- To attend to daily sales walk ins, enquiries, and follow up regardless a prospect, purchaser, or sales and marketing agent.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is upheld at all time.
Organise and execute sales and marketing activities achieved sales target.
- Monitor sales process including following up with purchasers, solicitors, end financiers timely.
- To ensure sales data and reports are update timely.
- Conduct relevant research and trend analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
- To be responsible in understanding company SOPs.
- Ad-hoc scopes given by the company.
Sales Administration
- Responsible for Sales Admin documenation, SPA, loan documents and so on.
- Close liaison with bankers, solicitors, and purchasers on loan documentation, e.g. Name transfer,
- MOT, redemption, discharge of title, stamping and etc.
- Keep track on the progress of collection, loan documentation, blanket consent approval and etc.
- To prepare Vacant Possession letter and invoice to purchaser before key handing over.
- To ensure and maintain a good filing record and documentation system of purchasers files.
- Requirements :
- - Diploma and above with proven track records of at least 2 years.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Pelangi.
- Possess POSITIVE attitude and initiative.
- Able to work over weekend as and when needed.
