- - Manage on site work progress, work schedule, work quality and document management
- Update and submit site progress for stage billing purposes
- Recording and compiling project information as required
- Plan & keep track of stock availability on site to ensure smoothly work
- Daily prepare & update site progress
- To supervisor construction daily activities progress according to deadline
- To planning, monitor & coordinate of sub-contractors and other trades construction works.
- Monitoring of construction progress
- Ensure all material use and works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawing, project time schedule
- To plan and monitor the usage of equipment, machinery & material at site
- Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Urban studies or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience
- Experience in building and infra works
- Experience in construction of high-rise building would be an added advantage
- Able to read and understand construction drawing
- Able to work independently and effectively
- Computer literate, MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad
- Manage in paperwork. - Lowest Qualification :
