Description :: - Attend tender interview and assist the management in tender presentation.
- Able to calculate the cost of construction for tendering projects (precontract) based on the tender drawings & doc.
- Prepare tender submission including taking off, calling quotation from relevant subcontractor/ suppliers.
- To monitor progress and prepare progress claim up to final account to the clients.
- Site measurement and process subcon claims.
- Monitor and control project cost, and evaluate the contractual claim.
- Provide contract advisory and support the project team.
- Responsible for monitoring both pre & post contract administration activities of construction project undertaken.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): strong planning skill, organisational development, leadership skill.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience and 5 years above in Manager level.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
