Loo Sek Choy Plumbing Construction Sdn. Bhd. first started business as a sole proprietor firm back in 1973 at its former premise in Puchong, Kuala Lumpur. In the inception stage, due to financial and manpower constraints, its business was centered primarily on private household. However, in a relatively short span of a few years, through hard work, prudent financial management and budgeting coupled with careful manpower planning, the firm was able to diversify into the business or commercial sector.

In the consequence of the tremendous development and expansion within the firm, it was incorporated into a private limited company in 1982. Since its incorporation, the company has managed to provide an improving service in terms of its reliability and dependability to all its valued clientele. Also, following its incorporation, the company has been undertaking government and quasi-government projects in addition to its growing business activity in the business or commercial sector.
