Description :: - To attend meetings whenever required
- To taking off quantities and on site measurements
- Administration of post contract variation and prepare final account
- To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
- To prepare progress payment claims and variation orders
- To assist project management team in the preparation of progress report, material schedule and
cash flow
- To assist and advise project manager on contractual matters
- To assess claims and prepare sub-contractors payment certificates
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
