Description :: Responsibilities:

•Reporting to the Project Manager or any other authorized personnel, the Project Engineer is responsible to lead a group of Assistant Engineers, Supervisors and Sub-contractors to complete entrusted Projects within schedule, allocated budget and given resources.

•The successful candidate must be able to communicate with owner, consultants, and main contractor’s site representative in English fluently. Therefore, mastering of written and spoken English is pre-requisite requirement.

•Solving engineering discrepancies and site problem

•Evaluate and Certify Sub-contractors and suppliers’ progress claim.

•Assist the Project Manager to ensure timely submission and obtaining of approval for our claims from client.

•Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shop drawings, developing and producing specification in accordance to design intent, ensuring correct selection of materials and equipments.

•Responsible for ensuring proper, accurate and correct documentation of all correspondences, emails daily progress reports, schedules drawings, contract documents etc with regards with this project.

Requirements:

•Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years of proven track record in Supervision of Installation of at least one of the following Building Services Engineering:-

(1) Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System. Candidate with additional supervision skill on cleanroom filtration will be an added advantage.

•In addition, candidates with additional proven experience on the supervision of installation for the following services will be considered for senior position:-
(1) Lift and Vertical Transportation System.
(2) Fire Protection System.
(3) Sanitary, Plumbing and Sewerage System.
(4) Centralized Liquid Petroleum Gas Distribution System.
(5) Engineered Smoke Ventilation System.
(6) Building Automation / Management System.

• Good command in written and spoken English.
• A team player.
