Description :: - Liaise with a team of Consultants for the smooth implementation of Projects.
- Monitor and facilitate applications for Authorities approval.
- Present the budget and schedule.
- Propose value add proposals.
- Ensure that the work is within budget and on schedule.

Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience with mixed use development.
- Preferably site agent specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Have experience with mixed use development.
- Familiar with submission requirement and procedures to Authorities.
- Able to work independently, committed and driven.
- Willing to work in other cities in Malaysia.
