- - To manage, plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects
- To ensure that aims, goals and objectives were accomplished in ac accordance with outlined priorities, time limitation and funding conditions.
- To develop staffing plans, work schedules, budgets and timelines
- To monitor construction work programs in order to achieve the timely completion with quality delivered
- To implement and maintain a safe working environment through adherence with correct working practices and procedures including maintenance of good housekeeping at the job sites.
- To liaise closely with clients, consultants, local authorities and the management and site teams.
- To prepare progress reports.
- To attend all the site meetings.
- To record daily site activities and weather.
- To be responsible for all correspondences to the clients, consultants, local authorities etc and to c.c. to the contract department.
- To assist the contract department on variation orders.
- To assist in executing regular checks on materials delivered to sites are in accordance to the quantity and specification ordered, properly stored and protected from damages
- To assist the contract department in tendering of new projects - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 5 year(s) of managerial working experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
