- - Coordination with the relevant groups in problem solving and decision making.
- Ensure 4M factors in meeting production demand on a continuous basis.
- Production planning and control functions in ensuring optimum production performance.
- Working with Technical Engineering and Quality Assurance for smooth implementation of new products.
- Calculate the mass production cycle time for each product.
- Assisting technical director for any technical issue arise in production.
- Compile and document production issue, prepare production report and improvement plan for management review.
- Collaborate with other department to ensure smooth operation of the production.
- Periodic upkeep and maintenance of plant machinery according to planned maintenance.
- Maintain overall 5S and employee discipline in fostering a conducive and effective working environment.
- To ensure compliance to the company's ISO9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned within the category of your employment. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
