- - Ensure quality of work done by contractors align with the drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper materials and cost control on site.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed at site
- Report and coordinate with Construction Manager on the projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate interfacing construction activities of various contractors on site.
- Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works.
- Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site.
- Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are complied.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Ensure works are carried out according to the schedule or work programme and monitor the overall work progress.
- Manage contractor, site progress and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior. - Requirements :
- - Possess Diploma/Certificate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Construction or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years on site working experience in property development, infrastructure and construction industry.
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.( Both verbal and written )
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Familiar with construction drawings and construction process.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight work schedule.
- Willing to travel possess own transport with valid driving license. - Lowest Qualification :
