- - Checking and matching on quantities and prices between DOs and invoices before updating into filing system.
- Assist Accounts Department in the maintenance of the filing system, in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Generate monthly Stock Reports for management review by email.
- Assisting the Project team in the ordering of materials and coordination on material delivery.
- Coordination with suppliers and project team on material delivery - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
