Description :: -To market and lease available space and space made available upon expiry / termination of tenancy of the commercial properties of the Company.
-To maintain good liaison with tenants and prospective tenants
-To attend tenants’ complaints, request etc pertaining to their tenancy.
-To prepare /liaise with the Company’s solicitors in the preparation of tenancy agreements.
-To liaise /follow up with tenants and solicitors’ office on matters related to the execution/renewals/surrenders of the tenancy.
-To ensure that the tenant’s files and accounts are well maintained and monitored until the tenant’s expiry / termination of tenancy.
-To monitor and analyse the complex’s tenant mix from the time to time and take necessary steps to improve the tenant mix if need to be.
-To renew / extend tenancies.
-To keep, maintain and update the database of tenants and prospective tenants.
-To handle all correspondences pertaining to the leasing of the properties.
-To act at all times in the best interest of the Company on all matters with integrity and confidentiality.
-To keep abreast with the current market situations and to maintain good rapport with his / her peers in the industry.
-To assist Accounts department in collection of monies from tenants when necessary.
-To prepare report as and when required by the shareholder.
-Preparation of yearly budgets for rent and related expenses.
-To attend meeting as and when required by General Manager/CFO
-Oversee the operations of Leasing Department and carry out duties as Head of Department.
-To ensure all procedures and standard of operations are adhered to with integrity and with confidentiality.
-To look after welfare of department.
-Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Possess a minimum of Diploma qualification or Certificate in Marketing, Retailing or equivalent.
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application.
-A team player and also able to work independently under minimum supervision.
-Applicants with 3 years experience in Property Leasing would be an added advantage.
