Description :: -To assist the HOD/PIC and M.R. to maintain the company's ISO implementation and to ensure the company's practices and procedures at the project sites are compliance with the ISO requirements.
-To lead and assist the M.R. and Project Manager/PIC in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) for all site and HQ.
-To update and implement relevant policies, activities, procedures and instructions as required by the QMS.
-To coordinate activities of Third Party visits (ISO Certification Body) and associated corrective action activities.
-To ensure overall QMS System compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
-To ensure effective closure, by working with auditees to ensure comprehension, development and execution of corrective/preventive action in regards to any non conformities cited during audits.
-To develop and conduct effective training programs on related QA topics.
-To conduct & support benchmarking activities.
-To identify areas of opportunity and support continual improvement of Quality Management System.
-To identify, develop and report QMS metrics.
-To manage internal audits, complaint handling (investigation / resolution), document control and operational audits.
-To ensure effective implementation of new / revised divisional and local plant quality system and procedures.
-To train and manage the quality department's team inclusive of appointed Internal Auditors.
-To attend internal audit training and to conduct internal audit as and when required by the company.
-To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate the superior.
Requirements :: -Degree / Diploma in Building Management, Civil Engineering, Science/other related discipline with 5 years similar working experience in construction line (infrastructure & building).
-Minimum 5 years experience in ISO implementation preferably familiar with ISO 9001.
-Strong interpersonal skills, confident, independent, pro-active, assertive and reliable.
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
-Able to work well in a team environment.
-Computer literate.
-Time, cost, quality and safety conscious.
