Description :: -Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the incumbent is primarily responsible for overseeing daily
construction activities at the work site including to ensure all works are completed in accordance
with work schedule and specifications.
Requirements :: -Minimum a recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-At least 8 years of proven site-based experience with at least 7 years as Project Manager or Construction Manager of major project(s)
-Experience in highrise projects is a MUST
-Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills in managing a team of site personnel, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities
-Excellent project management skills
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and MsProject
