Description :: -To be the team-lead of the projects.
-To perform in BQ duties in contracts, taking off, site measurement/ variation and etc.
-Administer pre and post contract works.
-To do tendering, costing, estimation and quotation evaluations.
-To manage, monitor and coordinate all quantity surveying work and contractual matters.
-To provide advice on contractual matters including claims.
-Interpret drawing & specifications to calculate project costs.
-To handle progress claims, site valuation, variation orders and final account.
- To attend all project meetings & liaise with clients, architects, and associate consultants in the administration of
projects.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Quantity Survey, Construction Management or equivalent.
-Those with minimum 6 years & above of related experiences, preferably with some years in consultancy firms / contractor industry / China company are highly encouraged to apply.
-Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
