Description :: - To be the team lead of the projects
- To perform in BQ duties in contracts, taking offs, site measurement, variation and etc.
- To provide advise on contractual matters including claims
- Interpret drawings and specifications to calculate project cost
- To handle project claim, site evaluation, variation orders and final account
- To attend all project meetings and liase with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects
- Administer pre and post contract works
- To manage , monitor and coordinate all QS matter and contractual matters.
- To do tendering, estimation, quotation and costing evaluations
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in quantity Survey, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably with some years in consultancy firms / contractor industry / china company are highly encourage to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
