- - To convert concept drawings to schematic drawings and prepare all necessary relevant presentation material independently.
- To liaise and coordinate with consultants on project design intent.
- To develop detailed drawings in preparation for construction including research on the suitability of materials with a sound understanding of buildability and technical issues.
- To produce construction drawings and to manage project and inspect site works with minimal supervision - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a recognized Degree in Architecture equivalent to LAM Part II (Graduate Architect)
- Candidate must possess Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent (Assistant Architect)
- Preferably with 2-10 years of working experience.
- Possess design flair and passion in Architecture
- Able to assist and work in a team to produce concept drawings to schematic drawings and prepare all necessary relevant presentation materials independently.
- Possess design flair and passion in Architecture
- Required skill(s): Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop , Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Capability in 3D (3DS Max) rendering and ACAD (Revit) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Sustainable Design will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of authorities submission requirements.
